**THE ROLE**

The Partnership Lead sits within the newly established Service Delivery and Partnership Support team and plays a pivotal role in engaging with Disability Homes Victoria's (DHV) operational partners, such as Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, through forums, capacity development functions, and place-based community engagements. The role will drive engagement and develop strategic methods to manage collaboration agreements across several providers and include regular reviews and tracking.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Collaborate with the Manager, Service Delivery Support and ensure that the team's strategic partnership priorities are aligned with DHV's business objectives.
- Provide strategic insight into the development of DHV's engagement and partnership strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to enable functions and enhance DHV service delivery.
