**THE ROLE**
The Manager, Delivery Partnerships will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's Big Housing Build agenda of increasing social and affordable housing in Victoria.
The Manager, Delivery Partnerships will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership and oversee and manage a range of activities including managing the management of a large-scale construction pipeline. The role will work with the project team to oversee the contracts both contract of sale and building contracts to ensure project delivery. The role includes leadership and management of contracts, budget and cash flow management, reporting, and risk and issues management.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Lead the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of reports, internal and ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions, meeting agendas and minutes
- Be accountable for budget management and financial reporting, including the preparation of project cashflows and forecasts
