Process, Portfolio And Governance Manager

Newly created role We are seeking an experienced Process, Portfolio and Governance Manager to be responsible for adapting and implementing essential processes to oversee Digital & IT activities in alignment with the Chief Information Officer's vision.

Additionally, the incumbent will play a vital role in managing the Digital & IT portfolio while adhering to company and group governance standards. The primary focus will be to ensure strict adherence to governance requirements and continually evaluate and adjust processes to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

The role will be accountable to the Chief Information Officer and can be worked flexibly between our Southbank office and home - hybrid work model.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creation, Inventory, and Tracking of IT Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders (IT PR/PO): responsible for initiating, maintaining records, and monitoring the status of IT purchase requests and purchase orders
- Coordination of the Budgeting Process: manage and facilitate the coordination of the budgeting process within the IT department.
- Management of Project Demand: Oversee and align project demands with the requirements and priorities of the broader organization.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Finance: Serve as the primary liaison and contact person for finance-related matters within the IT department.
- Editing and Compilation of Procedures and Key Documents: edit and compile important procedures and key documents essential for the smooth operation of the IT department.
- Project Tracking and Reporting: monitor and report on the progress of IT projects, ensuring that they are on track and in compliance with established guidelines and goals.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in adapting and implementing effective processes, and proficiency in managing change in processes and systems to adapt to evolving organizational needs.

You will have experience in project management methodologies to oversee digital and IT projects effectively, and the ability to optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

You are collaborative in your approach and able to balance both internal and external stakeholders. You possess exceptional communication skills and can manage complexity whilst driving results.
