
Portfolio Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead and govern our project portfolio.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the Project Management Framework (PMF) to ensure effective governance and compliance across all projects.
- Oversee all project management processes, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant, and meet business needs.
- Conduct regular health checks and gate reviews to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information on project status.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- University qualifications in Management, Engineering, or Technology;
- Extensive training and certification in project management and governance methodologies;
- At least 3 years' experience as a PMO Manager or Senior Program Manager in a complex engineering, software development, or research environment.
