An exciting opportunity has become available for an Operations Supervisor to join our Farm Milk Collection team and work on a 4 on 4 off roster based at our new site in Korumburra, Victoria

This is a permanent full-time position with a key focus on day-to-day operations coordination, while providing high level support to the team.

**The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Driving requirements to meet operational needs;
- Supporting the Regional Manager to co-ordinate all aspects of Farm Milk Collection operations;
- Maintaining paperwork in accordance with legislative and business requirements;
- Supporting operations internal processes of induction, training and performance records;
- Compliance management and support administrative implementation and adherence of the Health & Safety Management systems and reporting.

**To be successful in this dynamic role, you will have**:

- Be able to work a rotating 4 on 4 off roster;
- Exposure to Tanker work (preferred);
- Willing to obtain HC or MC licence
- Ability to work autonomously
- A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly;
- Excellent communication & customer service skills;
- A strong work ethic;
- The ability to adapt to new technologies & guidelines.
