About the role

The Clinical Team Leader position is an opportunity to use your mentoring skills to support our growing clinical team which entails Clinical Care Coordinators, Specialist Nurses, Registered Nurses and Enrolled nurses. This role is situated in the Adelaide city overseeing and growing our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Capability to educate, coach and mentor employees;
Ability to work within the program guidelines of funded services;
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, in collaboration with employees within the organisation and with external agencies and personnel;
Awareness and commitment to best practice and clinical excellence
Experience in community nursing and acute/post-acute sectors with demonstrated understanding of the range of potential issues involved in the delivery of hospital substitution care within the home setting

What you bring

Current Registered Nurse with APRHA registration
Demonstrate extensive clinical experience
Demonstrate previous clinical management experience
Full drivers licence, a reliable car with comprehensive insurance
Knowledge of complex wounds, Negative Wound Pressure Therapy, IV medication management, PICC lines, pumps and infusers
Experience in development of business opportunities and contract development
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
