Clinical Team Leader Position

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in a rehabilitation setting. Your leadership skills will directly impact the recovery journeys of patients and their return to independence.

This position requires a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing resources, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support patients in regaining independence and transitioning safely back to the community.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Registered Nurse-Division 1 qualification with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and a Relevant management tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, support and develop a clinical team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and digital skills.
