Clinical Team Leader

Seize the chance to lead a clinical team in delivering person-centred care to residents at Dutton Court facility in Elizabeth.
Key Responsibilities:- Empower residents and their families through health literacy education and promote healthy ageing practices.
- Monitor care plans and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Lead a culture of engagement, recognition, and collaboration among employees.
- Role model organisational values and encourage a team environment and learning culture.
- Participate in quality activities to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
- Oversee service quality audits, monitor compliance, and identify clinical trends.
- Coordinate the site clinical and care workforce management.
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in aged care (desirable).
- Case management experience with a person-centred care model.
- Understanding of Aged Care Standards, Quality framework, and accreditation expectations.
- Ability to be compassionate towards employees and provide support, encouragement, and recognition.
