Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Team Leader to oversee our clinical teams and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

  • Clinical Expertise:
    • Maintain expertise in ICP scope of practice and provide guidance on clinical leadership
    • Ensure team adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines
    • Promote evidence-based learning through training and education
    • Facilitate regular feedback and auditing of team members
    • Mentor team members in developing patient-centric attitudes and practices
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Assist in managing human, financial, and capital resources effectively
    • Promote strategic direction and align the team with organizational goals
    • Contribute to senior management discussions
    • Support staff in achieving personal growth and development
    • Resolve conflicts in a supportive environment
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Monitor team progress towards organizational performance standards
    • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure staff competence
    • Implement performance management programs and staff development plans
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
    • Manage projects and processes for continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Foster stakeholder input and feedback
    • Address stakeholder concerns and implement necessary actions
  • Health, Safety, and Welfare:
    • Oversee effective WHS supervision and ensure compliance with organizational WHS management system
    • Disseminate OHS&W information and provide relevant training to staff
    • Facilitate consultative processes regarding WHS issues between management and staff
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and recommend corrective actions for hazards
    • Investigate hazards and incidents, maintain documentation, and oversee corrective actions
    • Develop WHS procedures for risk management specific to the work area
    • Maintain safety systems and PPE
