Job Title: Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead our clinical team in delivering integrated community care to clients with complex acute and aged care needs.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate clinical resources to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care that meets client requirements.
  • Lead and support a skilled clinical team, fostering growth, competence, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Act as a key escalation point for nurses managing client deterioration and other clinical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver hands-on clinical care and resolve complex issues with confidence and compassion.
  2. Drive effective communication through team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and thorough documentation.
  3. Support onboarding, mentoring, and student placements to build a strong, future-ready workforce.
About You:
  • You possess a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration and a minimum five years post-graduate nursing experience.
  • You have demonstrated clinical leadership and resource coordination, as well as proven ability to meet KPIs and make innovative decisions that support quality client care.

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, between 7am and 4pm.
