The Lazy Crab Tavern is a lively and welcoming local favorite in Mandurah, known for its friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and quality drinks. We take pride in creating a memorable experience for our guests and are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barperson to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and personable Barperson who can handle a fast-paced environment and provide excellent service to our patrons. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is a casual role, with flexible hours available, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all patrons
Take orders, mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Process payments and manage cash and POS systems accurately
Assist with stock management and bar restocking as needed
Comply with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) standards at all times
Engage with customers and contribute to a fun and relaxed atmosphere

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred but not essential
An RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle busy shifts
A positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers
Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
