We seek an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Barista Lead. This individual will be passionate about coffee, thrive in early morning environments, energize their colleagues, maintain a customer focus, and have a desire to learn about coffee roasting. As the business grows, they will take on leadership responsibilities.

This person will possess:

  • Advanced skills in coffee making, including latte art and the ability to taste and critique espresso and filter brew methods.
  • A calm and composed leadership style able to de-escalate hectic moments.
  • The ability to prioritize customer satisfaction while producing great coffee.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills during peak periods.
