Bar Staff

We are seeking an experienced Bar Staff, Glassy's and Duty Managers who are passionate about Great Beer, Great Cocktails, Great Service and loves a Great Local Pub.

We are a new Sports Bar/Family Pub located in Byford (south of the river) near the upcoming train station. We operate a full service bar with 22 Beers on tap, Cocktails and Wines. Our mission is to have the best customer service in town

What Does the Role Entail…

• Building relationships with our regular, local and corporate clientele.
• Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Cocktail preparation and serving.
• Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean and organised at all times
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer queries and ensuring a positive experience both at the bar and within the restaurant.
• Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
• Assisting with general bar duties such as stock-taking and cash handling
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar bar or hospitality role
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktail-making
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
