Job Description

The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill is a popular sports bar and grill chain that offers function, casual dining, and a large bar space with TAB based in Australia. With locations across the country, it has become a destination for sports enthusiasts, offering a unique dining experience and live sports entertainment.

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in efficiently and effectively controlling all operations across the venue, including running the restaurant and bar.

  • Controlling all operational aspects of the venue.
  • Opening and closing the venue in conjunction with the Venue and Assistant Venue Manager.
  • Managing the FOH operational facets of the business.
  • Auditing OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
  • Ensuring superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Hospitality Management.
  • Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of industry knowledge and a strong sales culture.
  • Experience in financial management.
  • RSA certificate,
  • Western Australian Approved Manager Card
