Job Title: Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Human Resources Team.

  • The successful candidate will partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to share the Scentre Group story and attract high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute sourcing campaigns, including market mapping, targeted searches, talent communities, and employer brand initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and create meaningful connections with candidates.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and best practice in recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can bring the Scentre Group story to life, communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
