That's what makes us Roche.Experience in laboratory Genomic SequencingCustomer-experience focussed field roleSupportive & dynamic team and managerAs the Product Specialist – Genomic Sequencing, you will be responsible for the provision of 2nd line technical support for our Genomics Sequencing portfolio working with both Solution Managers and Applications Specialists to deliver first class customer support to our customers.Key responsibilities include:Provide second-level technical support to the Applications Team and our customersBe responsible for supporting the product management of the Genomic Sequencing portfolio (instrument & associated reagents)Customer communications (including bulletins) in collaboration with other respective stakeholders including Regulatory, Solutions and / or ApplicationsWork with the Sales and Support teams to deliver positive customer experience by providing subject matter expertiseSupport the Sequencing Solution Managers in the definition and execution of Marketing strategiesManage inventory to ensure customers receive goods on time and in full in collaboration with the local planner adhering to best practices to minimize stock on hand and write offsDevelop product training tools for the defined portfolio to support our internal and external stakeholderWork closely with Quality and Regulatory to ensure our products and activities are compliant with local and global standardsWho you are:As a results-driven customer centric individual, you can think through problems and consider the impact of solutions and are able to build strong collaborative relationships with your customers.
