Overview
Delivery - Project Manager-APAC at Axsium Group. This is a fully remote position based in Australia. The Project Manager will manage and lead Workforce Management (WFM) project phases on client projects and be the primary Axsium interface to the customer, managing all resources supplied by Axsium to build a solid customer relationship and ensure successful project completion in a cost effective and high-quality manner.
Responsibilities
Lead WFM or Productivity project phases on client projects with deliverables that include: kick-off, project planning, risk and issue management, quality delivery, team management, schedule and budget adherence, change management, and outcomes delivery
Hold internal project kick-offs with the entire team to confirm scope, responsibilities, and objectives
Create the overall project plan detailing work, timelines, and responsibilities
Identify and manage risks and issues; escalate as appropriate
Ensure work meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget
Manage project team work and progress
Conclude projects with a closure meeting to document lessons learned, status, and future opportunities
Conduct sales transition meetings with account executives to provide feedback
Client Interaction & People Skills
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
Apply critical thinking, problem solving, prioritization, and strong organizational skills
Manage conflict resolution and coach others on project management
Requirements
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail; comfortable presenting ideas to client teams
Ability to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
Deadline-driven, confident, proactive, and able to multi-task
5+ years of consulting and project management experience in the WFM field
5+ years of workforce management experience developing and executing WFM processes
5+ years of experience with WFM technologies (e.g., labor forecasting, schedule optimization, timekeeping, budgeting, task management)
Experience with UKG PRO WFM and/or other Workforce Management software vendors
Experience working with remote teams
Willingness to travel
University or college degree
