**About the Role**

We're seeking a motivated and reliable **Client Intake & Engagement Officer** to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with **NDIS admin or coordination experience** who enjoys helping others and working with purpose.

**Start casual for a 3-month trial** (SCHADS Level 2.1-2.3), with the opportunity to move into a **permanent part-time role** (2-4 days/week) at Level 2.4-3.4 based on performance and client growth.

**What You'll Do**
- Respond to new participant enquiries and complete intake processes
- Gather NDIS plans, risk assessments, and service agreements
- Liaise with support coordinators, plan managers, and families
- Coordinate onboarding with the rostering/admin team
- Help participants understand and use their funded supports
- Keep accurate records and provide ongoing follow-up
- Attend team meetings and contribute to service improvements

**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years' experience in NDIS admin, intake, or coordination
- Cert III/IV in Community Services, Individual Support or similar
- Great admin and organisation skills
- Independent, proactive, and strong with communication
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check** and **WWCC** (or willing to obtain)
