We are looking for a Communications and Engagement Specialist based in our Melbourne office on Swanston Street. You'll be:

- Communicating: Managing internal channels like our intranet, newsletters, and town halls to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Engaging: Enhancing the experience of our employees with initiatives around learning and development, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, recognition, and rewards.
- Driving Change: Supporting change management plans with creative communication strategies and ongoing employee support.
- Collaborating: Liaising with external providers, and managers to ensure seamless communication and support.

Coordinating: Learning & development calendars, onboarding for leaders and Traineeship programs.

- Business, Marketing, or HR Degree: Combined with 3-5 years experience in employee engagement, communications, or organisational development.
