I-MED Radiology operates more than 250 clinics and performs over 6 million patient procedures each year, making us Australia's largest provider of medical imaging - and the 3rd largest provider in the world. With over 350 doctors and 4,500 staff actively sharing clinical knowledge and expertise, we work together with our referrers, hospitals, and other stakeholders, to deliver high quality and expert care to our patients.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting billing compliance across the Network in accordance with relevant legislation and policies. This role will focus on identifying high risk billing compliance areas and reviewing and implementing billing processes.
You will provide support to the business, answering queries and providing clarification of appropriate billing. This is an exciting opportunity to effect real change in the business improving billing compliance.
Work collaboratively with the Radiologists, General Managers, Regional Managers, Clinic Leaders and Billing Governance Leads to support continual improvement in billing compliance.
You will be confident with Medicare billing practices and have a detailed orientated nature which means you are always up to date with the latest billing changes. You will also be an engaging and influential presence within the Network, encouraging continuous learning and development in the billing space.

**Key selection criteria**:

- At least 5 years' experience in radiology practices
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and a structured thinker
- Detailed knowledge of MBS, Medicare rules and workers compensation
- Strong knowledge of I-MED Billing Policies
- Intermediate data analytics and excel skills
- High level of organisational & time management skills
- Demonstrated high-level communication skills and ability to build rapport and influence people in all levels of the organization
