As the Business Development Manager - A&D Specification (Flooring), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging builders, architects, and designers. This position requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in developing and securing flooring specifications within the A&D community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Cultivate relationships with builders, architects, and designers to understand their project needs.
- Collaborate closely with the A&D community to position our flooring solutions for specifications.
- **Specification Development**:

- Drive the specification process for our flooring products within construction and design projects.
- Work closely with A&D professionals to ensure our flooring solutions align with project requirements.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the flooring industry.
- Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to secure specifications.
- **Sales Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to translate specifications into successful flooring sales.
- Provide insights and support to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
