About the role

Lowers flooring solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Flooring Installer to join our team in Adelaide, SA. As a full-time Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of a range of high-quality flooring products, including carpet, laminate, and vinyl, in commercial settings.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately measure, cut, and install various flooring materials to the highest standard
  • Prepare and level sub-floors as required prior to installation
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to relevant industry standards and safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process
  • Collaborate with the broader Lowers flooring solutions team to ensure seamless project delivery

What we're looking for

  • Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications
  • A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required
  • White card or be willing to get your white card
