As a full-time Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of a range of high-quality flooring products, including carpet, laminate, and vinyl, in commercial settings.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately measure, cut, and install various flooring materials to the highest standard
- Prepare and level sub-floors as required prior to installation
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to relevant industry standards and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process
- Collaborate with the broader Lowers flooring solutions team to ensure seamless project delivery
What we're looking for
- Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required
- White card or be willing to get your white card
