As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a
National Key Account Manager (M/W)
to supervise a sales team based in Australia. In this role, the main tasks are as follows:
Responsibilities
Customer management and negotiations: Recommend action plans for the distribution centers and chains for which you are responsible
Propose a pricing policy and specific pricing for your customers, in line with the margin policy
Negotiate and develop sales with the accounts for which you are responsible
Recommend product developments in line with expressed customer requests
Create a level of relationship and trust with your customers
Recommend all operations to promote the brand
Recommend and manage range recommendations, development of steering tools and competitive analysis
Management
Lead and supervise 2 persons in the sales team
Recruit, train and develop employees
Provide negotiation coaching by accompanying employees in key negotiations
Participate personally in strategic trade shows to represent the company
Participate in leading sales meetings
Support teams in negotiation approaches
Profile
With a higher education background in sales, you have a successful track record as a Key Account Manager, enabling you to master national sales and negotiation techniques.
Ideally, you've already held a managerial position, and you're keen to unite teams around common projects and support them as they develop their skills.
With excellent communication and management skills, you are able to unite teams around the development of our activities.
