**The opportunity**

Silverchain has an exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join the Commercial WA team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial WA, the role of Commercial Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the WA Commercial Business Unit with the administration of funding agreements. In addition to possessing excellent written communication skills, previous experience with contract management systems or information management systems will be essential to this role.

This role is 22.8 hours per week across 3 working days. We are open to these hours being worked across 5 days, during school hours, which may offer you better work life balance. You will be required to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

**Key responsibilities**

In addition to liaising with internal stakeholders such as; Director, Commercial (WA), Commercial Sustainability Lead, Legal, Operational staff (middle to Senior Management) and External stakeholders, the major accountabilities of this position are:

- Agreement Administration
- Funder relationship support
- Information Management
- Compliance and Reporting
- Team Support and Collaboration
- Additional Project Support

**About you**

Specific qualification requirements that are necessary for the role:

- Relevant experience in administration and contracts support
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly efficient time management and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with contract management systems or information management systems
- Experience in ensuring information integrity, including the ability to critically analyse data, assess relevance and identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
