Commercial Lines Assistant Manager

  • This role involves assisting with the management of commercial insurance policies and clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Commercial Lines Managers
  • Assist with policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications
  • Maintain accurate client files and data in the agency management system
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the commercial lines department

Qualifications:

  • New South Wales or Queensland Property & Casualty Broker's License is required, or the willingness and ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • 1-2 years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment preferred
  • Basic understanding of insurance principles and terminology
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic agency management systems is a plus
