**The Company**
Our client is a fantastic firm located in CBD, with amazing modern offices.
**The Opportunity**
They are looking to fill the role of Team Administrator.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Using the APS Database, CAS, ATO and ASIC
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Assisting with Debtors
- Preparing invoices/billing
- Client contact and liaison
- Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
**About You**
- 2 + years experience working in an Accounting Firm in a similar role is essential for this position.
- Experience using MYOB AE is highly regarded however not essential
- Understanding of the ASIC and ATO portals
- Organised personality
- Proactive approach to work
- High attention to detail
