Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting entry-level roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their resource needs and ensure that all internal processes and protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting for entry-level roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their resource needs and ensure that all internal processes and protocols are followed
Develop and maintain talent pipelines using our ATS
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in recruitment or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
