We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing top talent to support our business growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with Resourcing Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies. You will utilize your market research skills to identify trends and competitor movements that impact sourcing strategies. Your expertise in proactive sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, headhunting, and building diverse talent pipelines, will be essential in attracting high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive sourcing, screening, and talent pooling candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external job boards
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that impact sourcing strategies
  • Designing and delivering tailored sourcing campaigns to attract top talent for high-priority roles
  • Partnering with Resourcing Partners and hiring managers from the outset to manage sourcing requirements and candidate experience
  • Engaging talent communities and providing a best-in-class candidate experience
