Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and developing high-quality talent pipelines.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and attract top talent through a range of recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, internal databases, and external job boards
- Develop and implement tailored sourcing campaigns to meet business needs and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing and recruitment practices
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions
- Candidate Experience: A focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building long-term relationships
- Talent Intelligence Expertise: Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Confidence in partnering with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Sourcing/headhunting Skills: Proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques, including talent mapping and headhunting
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
