**The Role**

You are looking to join a fast growing / future thinking agency based in the heart of Sydney's CBD with the opportunity to develop your recruitment and leadership skills along with business acumen.

Working closely with a highly experienced Leader, you will operate as a 360 Recruitment Consultant to deliver across existing accounts/jobs whilst being fully supported to develop your own business in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

Full, unlimited accredited training and coaching will be provided. You will receive ongoing and mentoring and support to grow you into a high performing 360 Recruitment Consultant/Leader with the ability to earn 6 figures and promotion to Practice Lead or Director within 12 months.

**Your day-to-day duties will include**
- BD new clients and existing clients
- Previous Account Management or delivery of existing clients
- Advertising on various platforms such as Seek, Indeed and LinkedIn
- Generate and run clients meetings
- Network across various Social Media Platforms
- Develop business relationships with a range of Client's
- Deliver on new and existing roles

**Skills and experience we are looking for include**
- Previous sales experience highly regarded (especially phone based)
- The ability and hunger to hit and exceed targets
- Strong relationship building skills
- Resilience and Drive to become a successful 360 recruitment consultant > Leader > Director
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and desire to develop as a leader / business partner
