Senior Information Technology Recruitment Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW.
The Consultant will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The role also involves maintaining communication with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing them with suitable IT candidates. Collaboration with colleagues to source the best talent nationwide is essential.

- Expertise in Technology Recruitment, IT Recruitment, and Information Technology
- Strong business development skills and an understanding of the Sydney Technology market
- Strong interviewing and communication skills
- Experience in maintaining client relationships and understanding client needs
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a recruitment consultancy environment is a plus
