We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant located in Sydney, NSW.
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interviewing and placing them in roles.
Daily tasks include graduate recruitment, consulting with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Qualifications
Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills Consulting and Interviewing expertise Strong Communication skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
