
Operations Administrator

**About the role**
Go behind the scenes in our operations team as an Operation Administrator. In this role you will be committed to ensuring all shipments move through our stations seamlessly and with care. Working collaboratively within a team of operational professionals you will provide administrative support so that we can deliver on our service promises.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be to:
- Contact customers to reschedule or update bookings
- Coordinate late pick-ups with customers and couriers
- Advise couriers where pick-up times cannot be changed
- Manage rejected/missed pick-ups
- Keep systems up to date with accurate booking information and requirements
- Contact customers to reconfirm details if there are issues with scans to ensure processing can be finalised on the same day
**Experience required**
- Transport Industry experience advantageous
- Basic track and trace experience advantageous
- Advanced computer skills especially in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Experience working in similar role
