The Amazon Marketplace team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Registration and Program Adoption Manager. You will join a high performing, learning-oriented, analytical team, motivated to work hard, have fun, and make history Key job responsibilities In this exciting role, you will: - Be responsible for helping develop a best-in-class on-boarding experience through ongoing management of the registration process for Sell on Amazon - Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies within the registration funnel improving our registration to launch conversion rate - Drive program adoption post launch by identifying processes that will improve adoption rates and help drive customer growth - Deep dive data to understand performance metrics and identifying areas of friction
- Project management skills and experience, including managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple projects at once.
- Proven experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and performance metrics.
- Ability to think strategically, identify area of improvement, reduce friction points and execute methodically.
