This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location. Key job responsibilities - Assist in the successful launch of new Selling Partners on the platform. - Establish and nurture relationships with Selling Partners to promote growth across various categories. - Engage with a broad spectrum of businesses, from large brands to small and medium-sized enterprises, to support their success on Amazon. - Work closely with Product and Program teams to enhance Selling Partner education and adoption of Amazon services. - Communicate Selling Partner needs and feedback to internal teams to improve the seller and customer experience. - Gain insights into the competitive landscape and contribute to strategic initiatives that benefit both internal and external stakeholders. A day in the life In this role, your primary focus will be on supporting the launch and growth of Selling Partners on our platform. You'll engage with a diverse array of businesses, from established brands to innovative startups, helping them navigate and succeed in the digital retail space. Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions, strategic planning, and collaborative efforts to enhance seller performance and customer satisfaction.
