We are excited about the opportunity to welcome a new **Tender Presenter **to the Plantation Homes team.

**About your new career**

As a Tender Presenter, you will have the rewarding opportunity to connect with customers throughout the tender and contract phase of their new home journey. Your genuine care and attention will ensure that our customers understand every aspect of their home, as you take the time to explain complex building plans and contractual terms to guide them through the process

**About you**

You're passionate about delivering a great customer experience, and have a knack for translating technical information into something simple to understand. You are no stranger to the industry, which has built your confidence in reading and interpreting house plans and contracts.

You are driven and goal-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively with your teammates to achieve great outcomes for our customers. You look forward to the fast-paced nature of this role, and understand the importance of having those contracts on point

In addition, you have:

- Well-developed and honest negotiation skills
- The ability to nurture and maintain strong relationships with internal teammates and customers
- Exceptional time management & organisational capability
- Great communication skills, which help you adapt to the needs of our diverse range of customers
- A flexible approach to your work, especially in high-pressure situations
