The Duratec Group of companies are experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead this growth in South Australia.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing complex projects, and fostering a culture of excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute growth strategies across Defence refurbishment, façade remediation and infrastructure remediation projects
Oversee daily operations and ensuring seamless project delivery
Partner with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Lead market research and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
Lead bid preparation and submission processes
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
ABOUT YOU
You're a seasoned construction operations leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Your strong technical background, coupled with your strategic thinking and leadership skills, make you the ideal candidate for this role.
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience in operations within the construction or infrastructure industry.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and complex portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
