If you're passionate about client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Client & Audit Management: Liaise with clients, review contracts, and coordinate certifications.Business Operations: Maintain client records, process audit reports, and update the Company ERP.
Manage audit scheduling, report distribution, and ensure data integrity.Office & Staff Management: Oversee office activities, manage correspondence, and coordinate staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.Client Satisfaction: Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and track client satisfaction indicators.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present operational and audit reports in monthly meetings.
