Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing venue operations, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to implement strategies that enhance customer experience.
  • Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and product offerings.
  • Drive financial performance, including budget management and cost control.
  • Contribute to staff training and development, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and support across various shifts, including a mix of days and nights.

What we are looking for:

  • A candidate seeking a long-term position with potential for growth within the company.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • A coachable individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
  • RSA, RCG, and RP certifications are required.
