Our client - one of the largest financial institutions are going through major expansion and transformation. They are on the lookout for highly experienced Program Manager/Orchestration Lead with a strong background in Banking/Financial Services to support their squads.

As a Program Manager/Orchestration Lead, you will be responsible for driving and implementing agile methodologies across the organisation, ensuring effective coordination and alignment of teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your role will involve orchestrating agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and optimizing project delivery processes. You will serve as a key enabler, promoting a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.

**Your new role**:

- Drive the transformation towards agile ways of working, promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Ability to plan and deliver in an accelerated, agile and iterative approach
- Establish and maintain agile governance structures, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional agile teams, fostering self-organization, transparency, and accountability.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments, ensuring teams have the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Support Agile Coaches and Chapter Leads with capability uplift in agile ways of working across the Sub-Domain.
- Continuously assess and improve agile practices, processes, and tools, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Extensive experience in agile project management, leading cross-functional teams in complex environments, preferably in banking and financial services.
- Proven track record of successfully leading agile transformations and driving organizational change.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with the capacity to inspire and empower teams to embrace agile practices.
- Sound knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, understanding the interplay between agile and other disciplines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven choices.
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or SAFe Agilist are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and related software development tools is preferred.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile methodologies.
