Business Analyst Role

This is a senior business analyst position that involves coordinating operating rhythms to support lean governance processes and execution of change and run activities in a specific sub-domain.

  • The role will involve supporting the 12–18-month roadmap of business outcomes and EPICS within the sub-domain aligned to the overarching domain roadmap.
  • It will also include ensuring progressive elaboration processes are in place and effectively working with sub-domain leads, executives, product owners, architects, and RTEs.

The key responsibilities will include leading clarity reporting, monthly reporting, and assisting with the creation of executive packs. Additionally, you will support product owners with the alignment of delivery of business outcomes across squads and (sub) domains.

Other responsibilities will include backlog management, presenting prioritisation and sequencing to articulate value and establish a clear backlog or work sequence. Data analysis and communication skills will be required to analyse data, identify trends, and communicate insights to support decision-making in complex environments.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a business analyst is required.
  • You should have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing defects and preparing teams for technical releases is essential.
  • Proven ability to operate in regulatory environments is necessary.
  • Skilled in creating business cases, process maps, user stories, journey maps, specs, wireframes, testing collateral, and risk/compliance documentation is a must.
