Domain Orchestration Expert

Our organization seeks a seasoned Domain Orchestration Expert to drive business initiatives with executive decision-makers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with a talent for influencing across diverse contexts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the operating rhythm to support lean governance processes and the execution of both change and run activities in a domain.
  • Navigate the complexities of a large and transforming Domain, ensuring that execution and strategy are aligned by working with the Domain Executive leadership team, product owners, and sub-domain coordinators.
  • Champion agile delivery methodologies, empowering delivery teams to be aligned on priorities to achieve strategic ambition.
  • Monitor Domain performance metrics, driving actionable insights, interventions, and decisions from the home ownership executive leadership team where required.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for influencing across diverse contexts.
  • Extensive program management expertise, with a strong command of scope, budget, risk, issue management, and scheduling.
  • Proven experience in change management, workforce planning, and software/agile product delivery methodologies.
  • The ability to work across multiple contexts, seamlessly adapting to dynamic environments.
