Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Organisational Change Manager. This position will play a key part in helping our program meet its objectives by sourcing and coordinating experienced change management professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organisational change, ensuring effective communication of program goals and objectives, and minimising employee resistance through the implementation of targeted change management plans.

This includes changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisational structures (if required), as well as ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.

The primary focus will be to work closely with key stakeholders to implement change management plans that drive faster adoption and greater utilisation of new ways of working, ultimately leading to increased productivity and programme success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
