**About the role**:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a **Concierge/Receptionist** to join our **Macarthur JLR team in Campbelltown** and embark on a cross-dealership journey, growing in knowledge across our various departments. You will play a pivotal role in our first class customer service experience as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements of the business. Please note this is a fixed term 12 month contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet customers who are present at the dealership in a professional manner.
- Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs and parts purchasing.
- Collect and return customers vehicles for servicing in a friendly, safe, and timely manner.
- Direct and manage visitors parking.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to support vehicle pick up schedules.
- Drop off and pick up customers as required.

**About you**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to maintain a professional presentation.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within outdoors when required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A valid Australian drivers' licence.
- Sound knowledge of WH&S.
