Join to apply for the Concierge role at Pacific Building Management GroupContinue with Google Continue with Google2 months ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Concierge role at Pacific Building Management GroupKey Responsibilities, Duties And Standard Of Work RequirementEnsure confidentiality and privacy of residents at all timesMaintain a high level of customer service with all residents and stakeholdersAssist the Building Manager with administrative tasks where required.Ensure the lobby area is properly maintained and clean to an acceptable and presentable level.Distribute any relevant notices to the residents when required.Communicate all updates and requirements regularly with the Building Manager and report any concerns and/or issuesMonitor the entry & exits of guests to assist in managing over-crowding within apartments or any possible short-term leasing.Report any hazards, incidents to Building Manager.Assist contractors on site with access and site instructions.Maintain and update resident registration forms on new and existing residents.Maintain the resident move in and move out forms and documentationMonitor visitor car space usage for the building.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:Excellent time-management and organisational skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills & attention to detailSound knowledge of Microsoft 360 package (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)Strong customer service experience & great phone mannerReliable, self-motivated and proactiveExcellent written & verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn new systems and proceduresBe creative, friendly, proactive & reliable
