Marketing & Growth Lead (VC-backed B2B SaaS | Product Marketing) at Payble — remote-first role based on the east coast of Australia. Remote in Australia (work remotely or drop into our Sydney office whenever you like). Type: Full-Time. Salary: Total package up to $146,150 p.a. (base from $100,000 to $130,000 + 12% super + $1,200 phone/internet allowance).

The Role
We're hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to drive the next phase of growth. You'll report to the Founder and General Manager and focus on growing ARR and market share. This is a senior, end-to-end growth role—from campaign ideation to execution—with emphasis on generating marketing qualified leads and driving long-tail account-based marketing to support the sales function.

Key Responsibilities
Own execution of campaigns across webinars, events, partner programs, and digital channels
Generate marketing qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline
Design and deliver memorable experiences at industry conferences and events across Australia and New Zealand (and beyond)
Collaborate with partners to strengthen Payble's brand and build industry demand
Drive engaging content initiatives, including video concepts, webinars, and digital assets
Oversee marketing operations technology (Hubspot, Webflow, lead scoring, A/B testing, etc.)
Execute account-based marketing activities to engage executive-level buyers
Report on marketing performance and continuously optimise for results
What We're Looking For
5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, spanning product marketing, events, and growth initiatives
Proven experience marketing SaaS products to executive buyers (CFOs, senior decision makers) with financial sustainability or productivity themes
Hands-on experience preparing for physical conferences and creating "wow" factor booth experiences
Partner marketing exposure, including enabling SaaS partners and resellers
Experience briefing and collaborating with video editors/animators
Familiarity with Hubspot, Webflow, A/B testing, lead scoring, and related tools
A self-starter with a natural competitive streak and ability to deliver results
Bonus Points For
Experience in finance, fintech, financial services or customer experience products
Previous exposure to local government or public sector customers
Track record of scaling marketing in start-up/scale-up environments
A portfolio of successful campaigns across both digital and physical channels
