**WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH..**
The Employer, based in Erina, is the only Sleep Disorder Clinic on the Central Coast looking after patients Australia Wide. They are an innovative & fast growing specialist practice that is recognised & well respected within the Sleep Medicine Industry.
The business is built on the foundations of expertise, integrity, exceptional quality & excellent customer service, they pride themselves on supporting Australians with their sleep needs & making their lives better.
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED..**
- Strong Leadership, highly organised with great People Skills
- Professional, Great Communicator, Flexible & Reliable
- Previous Experience in the Medical Sector Required
- Experience Managing Staff preferred
- Medicare Billing Experience
- Must be Tech Savvy & able to troubleshoot IT issues with ease
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING..**
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:06pm, your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Leading the Administration Team in daily tasks
- Managing Debtors
- Handling Patient Complaints
- Updating Procedures Manuel
- Stock Control
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service to all new & existing clients
- Booking Scheduling
- Processing Medicare Payments & Medical Administration
