Practice Manager (Medical Centre/GP clinic)Talent Hub Australia is recruiting a passionate Practice Manager for a medical center located in Nerang, Queensland.
As the Practice Manager at our GP practice, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-quality patient care.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of this rapidly growing practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role within a general practice (GP) setting.
This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, providing leadership to staff, and maintaining high standards of care.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations to keep the practice running efficiently.Manage and support both admin and clinical staff, including rostering, training, and performance.Coordinate patient appointments and ensure excellent customer service.Handle billing, accounts, and budgeting tasks.Keep practice policies and procedures up to date and compliant with healthcare regulations.Plan and implement ways to improve productivity and patient satisfaction.Manage the electronic medical records system and ensure data accuracy.Work with external partners like suppliers, contractors, and other healthcare providers.Ensure the practice is clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.Requirements:At least 6 months of experience as a Practice Manager in a GP setting.Strong leadership and management skills.Experience using practice management software and electronic medical records.Excellent communication and people skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of healthcare regulations is essential.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on your experience.A supportive and friendly work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Flexible working hours to fit your schedule.If this sounds like the right role for you, we'd love to hear from you
