Cn Point Family Practice is an existing Medical Practice based in Buddina and Buderim QLD on the Sunshine Coast. Our practice is growing and we need another part time nurse to fill the role

Part-time: Monday / Tuesday / Friday

You will have a thorough knowledge of General Practice, including:

  • Immunisations
  • Wound Care;
  • Procedure preparation - skin, women's heath etc;
  • Chronic disease management plans;
  • Health screening activities including ECG, spirometry etc;
  • Clinical stock maintenance and audits;
  • Reminder / recall register;
  • MBS billings;

Experience with Best Practice Software would be an advantage.

Your positive, friendly and proactive approach, coupled with excellent communication skills and attention to detail will add value to a team focussed on high-quality, patient-centred primary healthcare.

Key criteria:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA certificate of registration;
  • Previous General Practice or Primary Care setting;
  • Excellent knowledge of chronic disease pathways;
  • Current CPR certificate (prior to commencement);
  • National Police Check and Blue Card (prior to commencement).
  • Blue card / working with children (prior to commencement).
