**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity exists to progress to a Theatre Floor Coordinator in our Theatre complex. You will be joining a fun and dynamic team, and this is a great position for career progression into management

This opportunity will see you facilitate the smooth operation of the department with a can-do attitude and strong customer service focus, additional responsibilities include:

- Must be available both AM and PM shifts
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience floor coordinating
- Participation in the on call roster when needed
- A very good understanding of KPIs and the management of same
- All the relevant skills developed in an acute care environment
- Building strong relationships with staff, offering expert guidance and mentoring with an emphasis on safety, opportunity, education and standards

This opportunity will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Your positive attitude, ability to prioritise, delegate and adapt, along with your excellent time management skills are all of critical importance for this role.

**You will also bring**:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A comprehensive knowledge and experience of peri-operative services with sound knowledge of the ACORN Standards
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and prioritise workloads
- Strong desire to successfully enhance team performance and experience
- A good knowledge of computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strathfield Private Hospital has been servicing the community of Sydney's inner west for over 30 years and is owned by global hospital group Ramsay Health Care. We cater for a broad range of health care needs from day surgery procedures to highly complex surgery.

Our facilities encompass 84 beds, 7 operating theatres, 1 endoscopy suite, 1 cardiac catheterisation lab, a 10 bed Intensive Care Unit and a Day Surgery Unit. We also have onsite radiology, pathology, café and specialist consulting suites.

**Requirements**:
